Agreed divorce: what to settle before the district office
A good settlement answers the questions about children, property and debts — so they don't come back later.

When both spouses agree, registering the divorce at the district office is quick. What matters more than the registration day is the agreement that goes with it.
Children
Say clearly who has parental power, where the children live, how visits work, and how much support is paid, how and until when.
Property and debts
Separate personal and marital property, say who keeps what and who pays which debt, with transfer dates.
Before you sign
Read every clause. Replace vague words such as "reasonable" with numbers or dates.
